-Day 2-
Day two of NYFW started off with a fun photo shoot with Allie Provost. We went from the top of the rock to the streets of Manhattan. It was freezing and I was over there changing on the side of the street between outfits praying I wasn’t going to catch hyperthermia. Some of my favorite photos are the one’s Allie took on top of the Rock, I will be posting those later this week.
From photos I met Chandra Keyser and had coffee on Spring Street and it was great to be able to catch up with her. As some of you know I have worked with her over the past year and carry her backpack/crossbody bag ALL the time. I can’t wait to see what next steps she takes in her business and I will be sure to keep posting about her. I then went uptown and met with Marc Fisher and to see their Fall collection. The boots in these photos are Marc Fisher and they have even more fun designers coming soon. You can still check out my highlights on Instagram (under NYFW) to see some of the pieces that I am going to be adding into my closet for Fall.

Then ended our night off with dinner at Mexicue in NoMad. It was such a fun restaurant and the staff was so amazing. Our waiter was sure to let us know everything we needed to try and our table ended up being completely full of food that we didn’t complain to finish.
It was a busy day but such a fun time running down and back up town. These are the moments that I am so thankful that I get the opportunity to be able to experience this business and share it with all of you. photos by: Allie Provost
-Day 3-
Day Three started off early with the Dan Liu show. The theme of the show was “The Spy who Loved me” it had the feel of a James Bond 007 women who was going to go out conquer the world with high class fashion. There was everything from head scarves, jeweled trench coats to beautiful resort wear with whites and blues. The music set the theme feeling like you were in a movie while the models took over the runway.
This was the best day with the weather warming up a little so we weren’t freezing while out and about taking pictures. I was able to get a set of pictures in before heading to the Son Jung Wan Show. Her show was all about color, fur, bedazzled leggings and the music was whimsical to match the outfits. The bold blues were my favorites when seeing them come down the runway.
Once I walked out of the Son Jung Wan show the heavens opened up and the rain came falling. It was fun to mingle in the Spring Studio lobby while we all were waiting for our cars to show up.
We headed to Chelsea Market for dinner and to stay out of the rain and to be able to meet up with some fellow blogger friends. It was a great third day of NYFW.
As always, check out my Instagram to see all the behind the scenes of these shows!
